With the launch of its new corporate website in December 2022 and subsequent location websites in June 2023, Scandinave Spa continues to redefine wellness experiences. Having supported Scandinave Spa since October 2018, Wallop collaborates closely with each property to craft and execute personalized digital marketing strategies, culminating most recently in a data-driven website structure aimed at seamlessly guiding visitors through their brand narrative and individual spa offerings.

The Challenge

The Scandinave Spa faced various challenges across its locations, each requiring tailored strategies to address. The primary challenge in locales with high regional competition was to elevate the Scandinave Spa brand while distinguishing its experience through visually striking and precisely targeted awareness campaigns.

Meanwhile, other locations struggled to reach new audiences despite strong organic performance within their local markets. Here, the challenge lies in ensuring that paid advertising efforts complement rather than cannibalize organic traffic, effectively engaging new guests less familiar with the brand. Amidst these challenges, a key objective was to address immediate concerns and sustain and grow SEO performance across all locations. By devising specialized approaches, we aimed to overcome these hurdles and foster sustained growth throughout the Scandinave Spa network.
