The Ranch at Rock Creek is a unique, all-inclusive ranch resort in Montana. The resort has earned the accolade as the world’s only Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star guest ranch, and is also a founding member of National Geographic’s Unique Lodges of the World collection.
The Ranch at Rock Creek is, all at once, wild adventure and perfect luxury. They needed a website that accurately conveyed the property’s history and impressive setting. Further to the website, they wanted exposure and visibility to help elevate brand equity. In addition, they wanted to deliver a guest experience on the digital side that was commensurate to the ease and high standard of care they deliver at the property.
To gain a deeper understanding of the luxury traveler mindset, Wallop conducted research into The Ranch’s primary target market. The insights from the research delivered a deeper understanding of the target luxury guest, their travel motivations and trip searching/booking behaviour. Ultimately, these insights helped to guide an integrated Digital Strategy that would leverage content marketing, SEO, social media and digital advertising.
Wallop developed an elegant, responsive and user-intuitive website. New optimized content was written to connect and inspire the luxury traveler. Search and display campaigns were created, in alignment to the overall organizational marketing goals.
