The Challenge

1770 Pendrell is a beautiful rental property located in one of Vancouver’s most desirable neighbourhoods. It needed to grow its digital presence in a short period of time in order to ensure it appealed to potential leasing residents around the greater Vancouver area. Wallop’s role was to generate quality leads within the set budget.

The Approach

Wallop delivered strong performance by building the account infrastructure from scratch for both Google and Facebook advertising. We made sure to target the right audience and utilized strategic keywords in order to guarantee the quality of the leads while keeping the cost as low as possible.

We monitored the ad performance regularly, doubling down on the audiences and keywords that yielded the best results with reasonable cost while removing the underperforming ones. Each campaign was slightly different and we undertook regular testing to identify the most efficient combinations.
