Brand Strategy, Positioning, & Visual Identity

The family-run business had a very clear idea of the brand identity and what differentiated them from similar experience providers, however, this hadn’t been documented in a way they could share with their teams. The brand strategy work we collaborated on now helps both employees and potential guests understand how each unique brand within their group fits together, articulating their personalities through unified design and language.

It went on to inform the creation of dynamic new websites with the refreshed branding and storytelling, and acted as a guide for their digital marketing strategy, with new cohesive messaging applied across their business for the website, press, emails, and social media.
